Troubleshooting

If you are getting the following error:

Then you need to make sure you have the correct API key. You can get your API key by visiting Trugard's Dev Portal and clicking on the "Sign In" button to sign in or sign up.

You also need to ensure that you have set the API key in the header of your request.

If you are getting an error similar to this:

Then you are being rate limited. This is an issue that occurs when you are making too many requests in the allowed timeframe. If you keep getting this issue, or would like to increase this, please change your plan or contact us at fr@trugard.ai .
